Made in Italy from 100% ancellotta grapes to obtain its pretty pink color, Casanova’s rosé balsamic vinegar has a luxuriously thick consistency. Cooked under vacuum conditions to preserve its clear hue, it’s aged in oak-wood barrels for a fruity flavor with hints of vanilla. An artisan balsamic, use it to add a delicious tang to salads, seafood, red meats, vegetables and more. With its natural sweetness, it also works well on fruit and ice cream.
