The Cistercian Trappist Monks of Belgium responsible for this world-renowned brew have supported themselves, their foundations and provided employment to the region of Chimay by making beer and cheese since 1862. Chimay Cinq Cents is the hoppiest of Chimay’s brews, with aromatic notes of Muscat and raisins.
