Always use caution when handling hot wok
Before first use, rinse wok under hot water; hand wash interior with soft, soapy cloth; heat wok over direct flame until completely dry
To season, heat wok over medium heat and apply thin coat of oil to interior with soft cloth or paper towel; reduce heat to low and apply another coat of oil; after 10 minutes, remove wok from heat and wipe clean with soft cloth; repeat 1 or 2 times as needed
