ToF Ranging Sensor HPS-167S

It is a new generation of time-of-flight (ToF) infrared ranging sensors equipped with optimized transmitting and receiving optical lenses. Unlike traditional technologies, the measurement accuracy is not affected by the color and reflection of the target. ToF is the abbreviation of Time of Flight. The sensor can continuously send light pulses to the target and receive the returned light. By calculating the flight (round trip) time of these transmitted and received light pulses, the distance from the sensor to the target can be obtained. It can be used in the automotive/logistics industry.
