The Greek answer to Italian cannoli, these markolato cookies are crunchy, tube-shaped treats filled with rich espresso cream and topped with crumbled biscuit. Biscotti Tsoungari, the “grateful bakers” of Greece, have been making delicious homemade confections like these since 1936.
